We will be spending each week together breaking down the 4 elements to live WELL! In the 5th week, the entire hour will be dedicated to YOUR questions!
 
W - Waken
examine your current habits and struggles, and then wake up the parts of you that need to be present to create the energy and balance you desire.
E - Establish energizing relationships within your life when it comes to nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and mindfulness.
L - Lift, when you start building a foundation for better health, you might need a “lift” based on your specific needs. I will help you identify common, natural vitamin & mineral deficiencies that are often found in tired, stressed, anxious women.
L - Last(ing)Hone in on your new habits and create a customized, lasting plan to stay energized and achieve the zen peace you deeply desire for your life.
 
Each week I will be working you through your personal questions and hold ups.

 

This Group Coaching Program will include:
- 5 weekly group coaching calls that include teaching + your questions
- 1 of the 5 coaching calls will be dedicated exclusively to your questions
- 4 weeks of homework and guidance
- Private Facebook community with weekly feedback
